All first day arrivals please tel 07815423148 email roy.burton457@btinternet.com to book your pitch all later arrivals must first ring the relevant site number to check availability and book your pitch. When arriving on site please stay in your vehicle and wait instructions from the steward.

Please have membership cards ready and the correct amount of money in an envelope with name / membership number contact number. (No change will be given)

Please bring with you your own supply of PPE ie sanitiser/wipes this is to be used at water taps/elsan point’s dustbins.

Observe all government social distancing guidelines as well as any additional onsite regulations.

No members to gather in awnings or units (unless government guidelines allow)

No communal BBQ’s other than within your camping group.

Please do not let your children roam unsupervised around the site.

No children allowed to use the water taps except CCY who have passed their youth test.

No day visitors allowed on site.

Hi everyone welcome to 2021 hope you are all keeping well and staying safe.

I would like to start by welcoming Charlie (David) Amory and Allison Bingham who took over the position of RYLO’s on 1st January 2021 I think they will have a very challenging year ahead of them, and the decision to cancel the winter youth rally has come of no surprise to anybody let’s hope they can run other planned events for our brilliant youth.

It looks like there will be very challenging times ahead for our DA’s and Sections with the Covid 19 virus still very much with us but I am sure whenever possible they will provide safe camping for us all, but In these uncertain times I cannot stress how important it is to keep checking DA/Section and region websites for the latest up to date information on any meets as these may change at very short notice.

YORKSHIRE REGION

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

SATURDAY 15th MAY 2021 @ 4.00 pm

Like all other AGMs this year the Region AGM will take place virtually. It will be held on the date and time advertised but virtually rather than face to face.

In order to attend the meeting it will be necessary for you to register with us by sending your name, membership number, DA and personal e-mail address to Judith Jamieson secretary@yorkshireregion.co.uk. NB you must book as individuals.

The closing date for registration is Saturday 17th April 2021

The list of members wishing to attend will be send to Headquarters for validation and on Saturday 01st May you will be sent the Zoom meeting link along with your AGM documents. You do not need to download Zoom, all you need to do is click on the link.

Please read the document pack before the meeting; most reports will NOT be read out during the meeting. Any corrections or matters arising from the 2019 AGM minutes and any questions submitted on the reports must then be made to secretary@yorkshireregion.co.uk before Saturday 07th May

Please note that Steve Harris, The Club Honorary Treasurer will be attending the meeting and any questions you would like to ask him must also be submitted to secretary@yorkshireregion.co.uk for him to answer at the meeting, again before Saturday 07th May.
