Temporary Holiday Sites for you organised by Yorkshire Region.

Temporary Holiday Site’s (T.H.S.) are arranged by regions and sections as well as DA’s for club members

These are basic sites that often have minimum facilities i.e. Water and Elsan disposal points. Your own sanitation is often essential.

However these meets are stewarded by fellow members to offer a cost effective camping solution in an area of interest

Birth place of John and Charles Wesley, shop and pub near to site, and also garden center close by, ideal for shopping in Scunthorpe and Grimsby and a fish supper at Cleethorpes.

York Cricket & Rugby Club

York Cricket & Rugby Club, Clifton Park, Shipton Road, York YO30 5RE Directions: 1.5m NW of City Centre on the A19, Thirsk Road 1m from A1237. At sports club go past clubhouse and follow perimeter road past cricket and rugby ground and tennis courts. Site in Paddock on RHS.

Make the most of river bank walks into the historic heart of York, may activities throughout York with the new York Eye, observe York from 200ft in a glass capsual, the stunning York Minster is a must, and with many shops, cafe's and bar's there is something for every taste.

Village 300yds from site, handy for Bridlington, Filey, Free Port Hornsea, Scarborough and much, much more.
